5(E) Operations of the Reich. Brownshirt Surveillance Backdoor (Patrol + TreeCutter)

On a two block residential street on the edge of a small town, a driver passes the narrow driveway at the precise moment I step outside while tree cutter from a block a way and no physical view of the house/backdoor or driveway fires up his saw. The town is a railhead but in the middle of the afternoon no freight, no trains are moving before or after the horn "alert".
