12 JYOTIRLINGA DARSHAN

1)Somnath Jyotirlinga, The Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple is first of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva. It is located on the western coast of Gujarat and is one of the oldest temples of the country.

2)Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga, Mallikarjuna jyotirlinga is located in Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh. It is unique fact is Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati are present here as the Jyotirlinga.

3)Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, shrines which are said to be the most sacred abodes of Shiva. It is located in the ancient city of Ujjain in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. The temple is situated on the side of the holy river Shipra.

4)Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, The Omkareshwar jyotirlinga is perenially offered water through a pipe and its uniqueness lies in the absence of the cupola. Above this jyotirlinga, a sacred silver figurine of the goddess Parvati is installed in a niche. It is a ritual to offer prayers to the Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga before taking a glimpse of Goddess Parvati.

5)Baidyanath Jyotirlinga, Vaidyanatha Jyotirlinga temple, also known as Baba Baidyanath dham and Baidyanath dham is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the most sacred abodes of Shiva. It is located in Deoghar in the Santhal Parganas division of the state of Jharkhand, India.

6)Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga, Bhimashankar is an ancient shrine, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Shiva. Far away from the tumult of urban life, peeping through the white clouds, Bhimashankar can be termed a pilgrim's paradise.

7)Rameshwar Jyotirlinga, Rameshwaram is one of the 12 jyotirlinga. The temple is situated on Rameshwaram island in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. The temple has the longest corridor among all Hindu temples in India.

8)Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, The Nageshwar jyotirlinga is located in Dwarka, on the coast of Saurashtra, in Gujarat. It is one of the 12 jyotirlinga in the world. A 25 m tall statue of Lord Shiva and a large garden with a pond are the major attractions that attract tourists here every year.

9) Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga, The Kashi Vishwanath Temple is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located in Vishwanath Gali of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh in India. The temple stands on the western bank of the holy river Ganga, and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the holiest of Shiva temples.
10) Trimbakeshwer Jyotirlinga, Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga is one of the 12 jyotirlingas in India. The jyotirlinga has three faces representing Shiva, Vishnu & Brahma. They all exist within the hollow space within the Shivalinga.

11) Kedarnath Jyotirlinga, Kedarnath Jyotirling is one of the best known Shivasthalams in India and is considered to be one of the most sacred pilgrimage centers of the country, located in the lofty Himalayas.

12)Ghrishneswar Jyotirlinga, Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, sometimes referred to as the Ghrneshwar or Ghushmeshwar Temple, is one of the shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva that is referenced in the Shiva Purana.
