Charges against the driver accused in the hit-and-run death of an Elder High School teacher have been upgraded to aggravated vehicular homicide, prosecutor Joe Deters announced Friday. Deters’ office said Kayla Wilson, 23, faces the possibility of 17 years in prison if convicted of all charges for killing Mark Klusman. She appears in court for arraignment Tuesday morning -- the same day Elder students and staff are honoring Klusman at a memorial mass at 1 p.m. at the Elder Fieldhouse.
