Breaking Out of the Pattern - Empty Hands

Hubad Lubad, also known as Hubud, is a common drill many FMA styles practice. The ultimate goal is to break out of the pattern to make it even more useful for real life application. In this video, we break down the entire set of movements into numbers and then insert a strike for each number within the pattern.
