15 minute cities are here all over in the USA

If you live in a metro area or any smaller size city look around. A ton of plazas with all the same stores that are all corporate, super high rent, and 35-60% blackrock, state st etc owed. And just a few local businesses that can afford the insane cost to be in most of these industrial plazas as I call them. Covid choked all the local businesses and restaurants and got rid of close to a 1/3 of them. Google Rockefeller 2050 10 USA corridors. Ideally they would like all the USA into just 10 mega city corridors to live in. We have an idea like a 15 minute city has to be built. No with our phones and the sky net over us. It’s nothing to not be allowed to only go 20 miles and get all we need from all these anointed chain industrial plaza. What are they building in these industrial plazas u ask? A dummed down compliant, obsessed with ease of access population, fine with mediocre chain stores and restaurants and all small businesses getting destroyed. Giant Apartment complexes are being built like crazy in so many urban areas and wow all around these plazas. What a coincidence. Add in CBDC banking where you can only spend at certain stores and only in your 20 minute zone. Go out of it. Guess what fines are instant. Run a monitored red light. Boom. $200. $500 etc are instantly pulled out of your acct. no money in there then you get a negative balance. Get out of the banking industry. Get Hafta. Gold silver. Stand up at city councils. Push back against another plaza of all chain stores. Demand like affordable housing. Affordable city business plazas with a rent cost that is logical for a small business to be able to take a chance at. Or actually own and not lease. Not a $4-10k monthly lease payment. 5 year lease agreement and $250-1000 plaza maintenance fee.
