How to lose weight and burn belly fat easily
Losing belly fat requires a combination of diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes. Reducing your calorie intake is key - aim for a modest calorie deficit of 300-500 calories per day. Fill your diet with fiber-rich whole foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans and lentils. Get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking, jogging or swimming. Weight training 2-3 times per week can also help by building muscle. Getting enough sleep, managing stress, and cutting back on alcohol and sugary foods and beverages also supports your belly fat loss efforts. Being patient and consistent with your diet and activity levels is important - it may take several months to see noticeable changes, but your hard work does pay off over time by leading to a slimmer waistline.
