Woman Dies in Hit-and-Run Accident

A Labelle woman was killed in a hit-and-run, Saturday night. 25-year-old Nicole Lynn Black was crossing State Road 80 and entered into the path of an oncoming vehicle, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Troopers say the driver fled the scene but the suspects vehicle was later located and impounded for further questioning. The crash remains under investigation.
