In this video we discuss the importance of consuming as much high energy food as possible. High energy food is homegrown/raised or local food. Farmers markets are a great place to start if you do not have access to your own homegrown food. I am very lucky as I have a steady stream of homegrown foods throughout the year. This is made possible largely because of my father who has a serious green thumb. However, aside from the fact that my family grows large sums of homegrown food, I am also constantly growing my own food as well. I always have a various array of sprouts growing on the kitchen counter in mason jars. Sprouting is without a doubt the easiest way to start growing your own food and you can start an indoor sprouting operation for under twenty five dollars. All you need is mason jars, sprouting lids, and seeds. I suggest starting with alfalfa sprouts and broccoli.

We discuss what I eat on a regular basis. I am regularly eating a healthy mix of both plant & animal foods and I generally eat very similar things on a daily basis. I eat a lot of white rice, raw & cooked eggs, homegrown fruit, hot peppers, butter, green juices, goat milk, cheese, cooked & raw meat, internal organs, etc.
