Runs 2:19 | Oct. 17, 1993 - The Lions excelled in every phase of the game -- offense, defense and special teams -- in cruising to a 30-10 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Quarterback Rodney Peete sparked a rejuvenated offense, throwing two TD passes to Herman Moore in leading the Lions to the highest point-total against Seattle this season. The Seahawks also had their hands full with Barry Sanders as the all-pro running back scooted for 101 yards on 22 carries, his third 100-yard rushing game of the season. Seattle QB Rick Mirer was under heavy pressure from a Detroit defensive unit and threw three interceptions as a result. Mel Gray electrified the Silverdome crowd with a 95-yard kickoff return while placekicker Jason Hanson booted three field goals (34, 32 and 35 yards) in the Lions' fourth win of the season.
