An Observation on DEI

I've seen this infographic around and it's always puzzled me. Since I don't outsource my critical thinking, I decided to take a much closer look and provide my thoughts. First, I am no expert on DEI. This infographic may be intended to communicate something entirely different than what I've discussed in this video. However, if that's the case, perhaps the graphic should be remedied in some manner.
