A rare white female penguin has been spotted among hundreds of gentoo penguins at a Chilean base in Antarctica. 😂

It has leucism - an abnormal condition of reduced pigmentation affecting various animals’ skin, fur or feathers.

But its reduced colouring means it may be more vulnerable to predators.
