The Bible: Day 13 (Psalm 9:1-6, Matthew 10:32-11:15, Genesis 27-28) "Facing Opposition"

INTRODUCTION:

We all face opposition and pushback. The ugliest form of opposition comes from those who have entirely rejected God in their lives. Have you ever wondered why atheists desire many arguments on the existence of God? I believe it's from their pride and arrogance; their rejection of God stems from their own free will to desire to live a life that completely fulfills their desires of the flesh. Opposition also means antagonism, which is entirely hostility with conflicting groups. So we see how the conflict of good vs evil will always be in opposition because one desires holiness and obedience to God, and the other offers up the desires of the flesh for a temporary high.
