Ingredients:
3-4 lbs beef chuck roast
Salt/pepper to taste
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
Carrots, chopped
Onion, quartered
5-6 cloves whole garlic
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/3 Cup red wine
1 Cup ‘Mom’s Cream Of Soup Base’ OR 1 cup broth and 1 cup chopped mushrooms
