The IDF is shooting at civilians

The IDF is shooting at civilians who are attempting to get aid. So let me get this straight? You starve a people and barely allow any trucks in and when they happen to get in you shoot and kill people who go to get the aid. Absolutely beyond any comprehension and against all international laws.
