1. We climb the steps of grace,

Privind pe-al cerului hotar,
Zi de zi, ceas de ceas, tot mai sus.

În urmă lumea lăsăm.
Prin Duhul Sfânt, El aprinde zel,

Ne avântăm tot mereu spre Isus.

Prin harul mare primim mereu

Şi ne-avântă mereu tot mai sus.

Şi suferinţa cea grea,
Aduce lumii cerescul har

5. Când harul aduce suferinţi

Ascunde-n ele biruinți
Ce ne urcă mereu, tot mai sus.
