Lets talk about the basic antidote for poor health & the revivification of the spirit.

I have said it for years & I will say it again. The first initial step towards greater health is to first remove from your life that which is causing your health the most harm. This varies from person to person & is something personal to every individual. This is 99 % of the time not just something physical but something mental & emotional as well. Over the years I have worked with hundreds of people & have found that this ONE thing that causes the most harm to their health is often the hardest thing for them to let go of. There is a good chance that if you are reading this you already know the single most harmful thing to your personal health & there is also a high probability that you have in some way or another turned this ONE most harmful thing into a habit, an addiction, or a pattern in your life that seems to operate on autopilot outside of the scope of your conscious control. This is a problem and needs to be dealt with immediately.

Once you have successfully targeted, isolated, & removed this ONE most harmful destroyer of your health from your life you will now have a solid foundation on which to stand on, enabling you to move forward unhindered, free, and detached from the anchor that has been plaguing you. It will enliven your senses & self confidence as you have finally released from your life that which causes you the most harm. It will also empower & strengthen you as you begin to discover the power that your mind has to dominate lesser behavior/mental patterns. You now have the lion tamed instead of the lion controlling you. Anyone who teaches health & does not put first and foremost a massive emphasis on toxic habit alteration is most likely just a rat trying to sell you something. The greatest advances in the foundation of your health do not come from pills in a bottle, or a magical vitamin elixir. It comes from learning to exert control over the areas in your life causing you harm. This doesn't cost a single penny. The only price you pay is putting in your own effort. This does not come easy which is probably why hardly anyone talks about it in the health community.

One of the greatest ways to begin is to enter into deep states of relaxation & then placing yourself into a state of meditative self communication where you work your problems out with your own mind. This takes a considerable effort, amount of will, and time & does not come easy. I have videos free of charge explaining exactly how to do this. These deep states of relaxation and self introspection are exceedingly difficult to throw yourself into because of how conditioned we are to be busy mentally. We are constantly in fight or flight and often lean on unhealthy addictions and behaviors because we cannot relax. We all have the capability to relax and communicate with ourselves on very deep levels. We are just too busy-minded to calm the hell down & THINK outside of our own destructive mental mechanisms. All of these mechanisms can be changed, tweaked, modified, & tailored to suite your benefit, not your demise.
Never listen to someone that preaches about health if they cannot help provide you with the tools to isolate & transmute flawed thinking & behavioral constructs. They are a dime a dozen on the web & some of them have made millions selling you everything other than what you need most. Just because someone can talk fancy & give you a bunch of scientific mechanism explanations about why you need this that and the other ( which they are often happy to sell you ) does not mean a damned thing. A homeless person can have more control over their habits and own mind than those enslaved to the pursuit of financial power. That which is most beneficial is usually free. You cannot build a house from the top down. Lay your foundation.
