'Freezin' for a Reason' blanket drive this weekend

The First Christian Church of Blue Springs is holding its 11th annual "Freezin' for a Reason" blanket and coat drive to help people who are homeless fight the cold. The pastor and church members will sleep outside in makeshift shelters, much as many people who are homeless have to, in below-freezing temps to raise awareness.
