I have been an advocate of distilled water for over 10 years now. I do not exclusively drink distilled water, but I do drink a ton of it. There was a day when that's all I drank, but I now mix properly filtered water into the mix. I do fine on both. If I had to pick one over the other, I would certainly pick distilled water. I put all of my distilled water through a rigorous restructuring process after it has been distilled. I place all my distilled water in glass vessels and vortex it by hand. I add minerals, crystal energy, moonlight, prayer, and various other things into my drinking water.

The key to good drinking water is to start generating home made holy water. How each person will go about doing this is unique to them. Just start getting creative. Start experimenting with various minerals, etc. Over time you will get the hang of it. You will absolutely feel a difference if you start to drink the cleanest water you can generate. Distillation is the easiest way to strip everything out of the water prior to rebuilding it.
