Homemade and natural.
3 lbs ground pork, 1 tbsp dark brown sugar, 2 tsp rubbed sage, 3 tsp course salt, 2 tsp course black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic granules, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp maple sugar OR maple syrup, pinch ground cloves. Mix all together well. Form into patties and freeze on a parchment lined cookie sheet for 2 hours. Transfer frozen patties to a freezer bag and store in the freezer till needed. Can be cooked from frozen.
