What does that even mean? Last night I had an epiphany about this desk and all the success it has brought me.

We went from only having $18K in our bank/no owned primary residence in May of 2021 to 170+ mortgage loans closed, 2 personal properties owned, 4 flips, and a construction/flip consulting business starting in the coming months.

All in all, that hasn’t made me a millionaire yet, but I plan to be in less than 5 years.

I’ve spent a lot of money on many other things to develop personally, so don’t think I bought this desk and winged it from there. It’s taken long hours and working harder than my competition, grit, training, learning, seminars, networking, and the list goes on.

Whatever your *DESK* is, make sure you don’t skimp on it when paying with your TIME or MONEY, because you’ll greatly regret it down the road.

Once you finally have *YOUR DESK* make sure you use it. Put it into action.
