Scooter Man Slips In Traffic

Info from Licensor: "In recent years, battery technology has advanced rapidly and many battery-powered electric scooters, self-balancing scooters and other pedestrian transportation tools have appeared. However, a smoking man stepped on a two-wheeled electric self-balancing scooter commonly known as 'Hot Wheels' on a viaduct where automobiles and motorcycles pass. All other passers-by were dumbfounded when he fell into the street. What's even more ridiculous is that after the man fell, he glared at the car behind him. When he got up, he seemed to be holding a short bat and 'swaying' in the driveway!"
