Taiwan Decides: This is how they count votes

Just a short of how Taiwan counted their votes at this year's election.

Four people are involved from what you can see, One who takes it out of the box, one to look and read it out, then pass it back to another who reads it and shows it to people, then hands it to someone out of scene who then reads it and puts it on the appropriate pile.
