Government Run Housing
24
The Anne Arundel county Council recently defeated County Executive Steuart Pittman’s Government run Cluster Housing Bill that could have allowed low density commercial properties be automatically converted to 22 houses per acre. Rather than accepting the will of the residence of Anne Arundel County and their Council members, he and Governor Wes Moore pulled another card from up their sleeves. They wish to concede local control over to the State of Maryland so the General Assembly can decide where to force Government run housing, or as they say “affordable housing” down your throats. However, HAVE NO FEAR, if it doesn’t work out, they give the power back to the Counties in 15 YEARS!!!
