Researchers gave breast cancer patients an extract from the Boswellia tree (aka frankincense) daily before surgery. Comparing tumor activity before and after, they found that the extract significantly slowed the tumors' growth, suggesting its potential as a natural anti-cancer treatment. This is promising early evidence, but further research is needed to confirm its long-term effects and potential side effects.
