The Cornell Cooperative Extension in our town provides food distributions for anyone locally that wants it. We were late getting there and all that was left was heavy cream. A lot of heavy cream. We accepted 2 cases of it and started churning out the butter. By making it ourselves, we control what goes into it and how much, and what kind of, salt is used. We use Himalayan Pink salt.
