We know we are of SPIRIT- we don’t really know fully yet what that means because of all the memory blocks we are removing piece by piece, flushing remnants of emotional sadness/baggage….so that “their” limitations do not affect us any more…

We uplifters, healers, cleaners, restores, polishers, but we have to remove ALL the elements of victimisation, betrayal, suppression, rejection: so we find a way together ( through this activation and inspiration) to release all the vestiges of this hurt/harm….and I do this through sound….( singing in the shower….. )
Making sound takes you to a moment of free-space from your mind: when you sing, you can’t feel the ‘other stuff’, so its not there any more- a way of releasing it from your EMF
