After repeated requests for a copy of the bylaws (which are NOT available on their website) we continue to be ignored. After several requests for a list of all current seat holders PER DISTRICT, and requests for specification of which ones were elected vs which were “appointed” as well as why they are NOT listed on their website, and why the county does not have accurate records, they’ve not only refused to answer, but have now tried to lie, alleging “they’re all full”, when, in fact, the county has only had records of two people for all six seats of the central committee for Julie Threet’s District 5 , which is the largest district in the county. It appears that they want Chico to run the county when the majority of District 5 is in the foothills (Paradise, Magalia, Cohasset and Forest Ranch).

At the last meeting, where they reluctantly gave Julie three minutes to speak, we had been told that they do not take part in endorsing or lobbying for local candidates for local office. But then, at this meeting, they said the exact opposite. In the 38 minutes before the video of Julie Threet speaking, she confronts them about this contradiction and gets a condescending and patronizing response from Jaqueline Lincoln, chair speaker of the Central Committee. Julie had been asking these questions for months and she was ignored at every turn. But Jaqueline knew she was being recorded and in front of an audience of witnesses, so she reluctantly informed Julie of what she needed to do to get volunteers through the committee’s office. In addition, Jaqueline Lincoln openly gloated that the Central Committee is not required to have meetings open to the public as she speaks to all in attendance like they are daft imbeciles, using her severe, stilted and halting voice inflections, instructing them on how to promote their various social media groups. We can just imagine her gripping a ruler and glowering over the cowering children at the private catholic school where she used to teach. All the while, seated behind us, on the other side of the table, were Bob and Nancy Alvarez (an embittered, wizened, old married couple with glazed, red sanpaku eyes) who kept growling in demonic tones: “Leave! Can’t you see you’re unwelcome! Get out of here. We don’t like you, you trouble makers!!!” As they writhed and seethed with caustic vitriol.

In the video you see Julie ask Gina Bax, the president of Butte Republican Women Federated , a simple question about the names of the six central committee positions for district 5. Gina, also the secretary for Central Committee,refuses to answer this simple question. Dave Donnan, board member of Chico Area Recreation District (CARD) addresses the issue but then seems to back track and retract the relevance of the information midstream. Why would he do that?

Gina Bax and Teri DuBose (representative for congressman Doug LaMalfa) have told us not to use the only emails they provided to ask them questions regarding the central committee and yet they won’t give us a different email that we could use.

It’s obvious here and in central committees across the nation that they do not want patriots and Freedom Fighters. People like us are meeting with the same kind of obstruction and antagonism everywhere. These people need to be replaced. They are inept, inadequate and incompetent. They are out of touch and tone deaf. Their priorities are in pageantry- open houses and fancy banquet dinner parties. They want zero accountability to their constituents , and they seem to have abject contempt for earnest people trying to participate in this fight against this literal war on our country-against evil itself.

Where were our so called “leaders” in the Republican Party? Why don’t congressman Doug LaMalfa, senator Brian Dahle, Assemblyman James Gallagher, Supervisors Teeter, Kimmelshue and Connelly , as well as city council members like Andrew Coolidge, Sean Morgan and van Overbeek ever attend ? Nicole Nava was there- saying “point of order!” when we were glancing the verbal blows from the crusty Alvarez curmudgeons. But WHERE are the elected office representatives?

Something sinister and nefarious is afoot with this Central Committee.. One feels radio active from the toxicity of being in their midst-an experience from which its victims will be reeling for days.

What are they hiding?
