A Louisiana town whose main income (92%) is traffic fines!

Unbelievable Corruption! In this small Louisiana town of only 225 people.. The Mayor has given out over $1 Million in traffic fines and then serves as the Judge without a law degree finding people guilty to pay his town.. 92% of his budget comes from these tickets.. How Is This Even Possible? But.. then again the people voted for him! 😁
