This is it! The final battle! I give my thoughts and reviews on this game:

Pros:

*Loveable characters, witty dialog, and a well told written story.
*Does a decent job as a phone port in terms of a port.
*Can save anytime anywhere which is nice seeing how big the dungeons are

Cons:
*The battle system status alignments could have been done a bit better. There IS an in game help but some of the icons are misleading. For example, confusion is a heart like icon. Shouldn't be like a ? or something similar. Other status with up and debuffs are a little confusing as well. S could mean Stregenth or it could be speed etc.
*Bosses later in the game get incrediably cheap as they will always get 2 moves back to back. Now normally this isn't bad in an RPG but bosses tend to use the same move on it's SECOND turn and it's usually a nasty AOE that can really hurt the party.
*Paralyze somewhat defeats the purpose, while paralyze can stop a bosses first attack it will never stop the second, which again, is usually a nasty aoe. Shouldn't it just cancel all together? It's paralyze.
*Only one party member gets a HEAL ALL move, and while potent in the beginning, it becomes weak during near end game after you've leveled a bit up and (I was level 67 at the time of beating the game) I never learned another AOE heal move. Items have a lot of healing potental but they only help ONE character. Not very useful if you're getting blasted by tons of AOES and the like or have to pick up party member(s) with revives and the like.
*Lastly, the limit break system is a bit random and broken. While the ingame tutorial states it goes off if you deal a high amount of damage, I've found this to be not true. I've booped some foes noses for under 300 damage out of a possible 5000 and the break would go off. This also can happen with bosses. It's a very random mechantic to the point luck plays a factor.

Since theres no cheevos or anything extra to be won defeating a harder difficulty other than my pride, I lowered it to easy near the end of the journey.

Do I recommend this game for it's fantastic storytelling? YES it's a great game in that regard and you should play it for THAT.

Do I recommend this game for it's game play? All the nopes. Granted I know this was a phone port, there was much room for improvement here for an RPG.
