the phantom fiend (1932)

A mysterious killer, known as "The Fiend," terrorizes the city, leaving a trail of victims. Detective Sergeant Elk (played by Ivor Novello) takes on the case, attempting to unravel the identity of the murderer and put an end to the reign of terror.
