Denver weather will stay dry and mild for several days

The new year is starting out dry and quiet across Colorado with little snow expected for the next several days.  The Jet Stream is flowing out of central Canada across the Midwest and over the Atlantic Seaboard, missing Colorado but bringing snow and cold to much of the eastern United States.
