Subzero wind chills Wednesday

The light snow moves into SE Wisconsin after midnight and will be out of here before sunrise, leaving about a half inch of powdery snow to make driveways and side streets a little slick for the commute.  The sun will return by afternoon on Wednesday, but highs will only be in the teens, and wind chills below zero, thanks to a NW wind at 10-20 mph.
