He was unlawfully removed from office as Otero County Commissioner by Santa Fe judge Matthews citing 'insurrection' and the 14th Amendment as grounds for his removal. Donald Trump is being removed from ballots on the same bogus argument that he 'incited an insurrection'. Couy's and Trumps court cases are running parallel and one will likely affect the other.
