Emotional family moments as Cincinnati City Council is sworn into office

Cincinnati City Council was sworn into office Tuesday, and there were some emotional family moments. Christopher Smitherman praised the bravery of his wife, who is battling cancer. And Wendell Young thanked his wife for acting quickly to save him when he suffered a life-threatening condition.
