Germany's behavior looks... suicidal. I mean, the German government allowed the Biden administration to destroy their main source of natural gas, Nord Stream, and that crippled the German economy for many decades to come, if it ever recovers from it. And now they are also oppressing farms - sources of food. This will lead to hunger. It seems that the country has firmly decided to kill itself.

Yes, as I said, the general sense of what I hear from people is that they feel that their own authorities hate them. And I think that's true. The establishment in Germany seems to hate everything that is dear to the farmers, the working class, and ordinary German citizens. That's why these protests are so important. And for the same reason, they now want to stop them by denigrating people who took to the streets to defend, in essence, their right to exist.
