Why are the Houthi attacks in the Red Sea so hard to stop?

American and British forces have shot down drones and missiles fired by Yemen-based Houthis in the Red Sea. Its the 26th Houthi attack on commercial shipping lanes in the region since November 19. The Iran-backed group says all ships passing through the Red Sea to Israel will be targeted, until food and medicine can enter Gaza freely. Yousef Mawry, journalist and a political analyst explains.
