A wind chill advisory remains in effect over Northeast Wisconsin through noon Tuesday. BIt was the coldest start to the new year since 1974. Tonight, under mostly clear skies, temperatures will dip to -4 with winds out of the west southwest at 10 to 15 mph. Wind chill values will be between -20 to -30 degrees at times. tomorrow, the sunshine continues with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will top off at 13 degrees with winds out of the west southwest at 10-20 mph.
