Linda wraps up the end of the election process completing the Batches Summary, totalling individual sheets and adding the totals to the official Tally Book Binder that is returned to the clerk, judges sign off, completing the envelopes for counted, write-ins and rejected ballots! This is the process we've learned from Missouri! Nebraska's system maybe different but we're ready and willing to participate in hand-counting our elections!!
