The blonde bombshell who took the fifth 42 times during a Jeffrey Epstein-related deposition hasn't been at her longtime Upper East Side address for days, The Post has learned.

A neighborhood source said Nadia Marcinko, né Marcinkova has been out of sight since almost exactly around the time the first batch of court documents involving Epstein were made public.
"I haven't seen her in three days," the source said.
