The Serpent is not evil, contrary to what institutionalized religion wants you to believe. The Serpent represents the enlightenment of man through the arousal, stimulation, & rising of the kundalini shakti energy. Because the Serpent is a direct symbol of the divine Kundalini, it also represents all the virtues of the Kundalini. One of these is Perfect health. The snake is an alchemical symbol of perfection.
