Sleep is paramount to great health, especially while living here in the Matrix. Without good sleep - your health, both physical and mental will suffer greatly. Here in the Matrix most health coaches, even doctors will tell you to simply try to be in bed at a decent hour. That is not enough, even slightly. In order to get good sleep, you have to first and foremost regulate the amount of blue light you are exposed to when the sun goes down. If you allow large amounts of blue light into your eyes after the sun has set - you simply will not secrete/produce melatonin properly. Melatonin is a regulatory hormone that regulates our wake and sleep cycle, how deep we sleep, the health of our immune system, and many other very important functions. Although melatonin is absolutely magical, you only produce large amounts of it when in an absence of light. Below is a formula that I have put together to try and make this make sense.

1. The Sun comes up - and the blue light from the sun enters our eyes, tells our brain to be alert, suppresses melatonin production.

2. The Sun goes down. Our brain is designed to pick up on that and start down-regulating for rest. This down regulation process kick starts when the brain perceives a lack of blue light, which, as we have already discussed in many previous videos - is a wavelength contained in sunlight. So when there is no more sunlight, the brain, based on its design, starts to create endogenous melatonin, which, in turn, makes us drowsy, regenerates the body, etc.
3. AND HERE IS THE PROBLEM. OUR SMART PHONES, COMPUTERS, TV'S, LIGHTS, ETC - ALL CARRY MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF BLUE LIGHT. WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN, INSTEAD OF LEAVING THE LIGHTS OFF OR USING FIRE LIGHT ( WHICH DOES NOT SUPPRESS MELATONIN PRODUCTION ), WE TURN OUR BLUE LIGHT EMITTING DEVICES ON OUT OF CONVENIENCE. BECAUSE THERE IS LARGE AMOUNTS OF BLUE LIGHT IN THESE DEVICES, THE EYES TAKE THE BLUE LIGHT AND INSTRUCT THE BRAIN TO SUPPRESS MELATONIN PRODUCTION. THIS IS BECAUSE THE BLUE LIGHT FROM YOUR ELECTRONICS IS LITERALLY TELLING YOUR BRAIN/BODY THAT THE SUN IS STILL UP.

For most Americans this toxic cycle lasts for years and eventually creates a disorder that I coined " TLS " or " TOXIC LIGHT SYNDROME "
This is a condition that is spawned from constantly interrupting the brains down-regulation processes. This condition is a byproduct of non-consistent melatonin production and can lead to thing such as but not limited to : insanity, delusions, fatigue, brain disorders, and multiple other things that I will not get into right now.
