SUMMER = OR WINTER ?? Which one guys ?
I have low key started dreading winter -6 in this part of the world 43 . The luxury of 20-22hour daylight is over... Now we move on to the opposite. Night for days es. and freezing on top of that.. so I guess my answer is summer tit ti
For today's workout we will use a pair of dumbbells for chest day. If no dumbbells use a bottle of water.
