Breaking news: Bronx Water Main shakes a block of buildings - PSA

January 9, 2024 - NO Soundbites Allowed - Breaking news - At roughly 11:30pm on 1/8/24, multiples houses were violently shaken due to apparent water main pressure build-up. Residents feared building collapse and left their homes. The fire department was on the scene immediately, opening fire hydrant to release pressure. No injuries are known. There are no answers about potential water contamination or cause at this time.
