Funny fruit misinformation by Dr Ekberg "Only fruit for 30 days" (Reaction)

Here's my Reaction to Dr Ekberg's video called "What if you ate Only fruit for 30 days". I will dispel any false-info, debunk lies, and point out the typical word-play and strawmen found in low-carb teachings.

In a deplorable move, Ekberg mischaracterizes the SAD diet. He equates it to the high-carb diet. Yeah, pretty low.

I have done only fruit for 30 days. It was July 2009. And after that, I continued on 100% raw, with some sprouted beans and buckwheat (still low-protein by peoples' standards).

I've eaten a half-fruit-all-vegan diet for 27 years. Doing great. Fruit is the most benign food; the only food that doesn't give you problems.
