Joe Biden kicked off his 2024 reelection campaign the other night in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. You would think that he would be running on his stellar record, considering that he is the most successful president since FDR. However, there was no mention of the president's record in his speech the other night. He's not running on promises to fix any of the issues that we currently face as a nation either, like the border, or inflation, or the wars. Likewise, he didn't mention any of those issues in his campaign speech the other night. Judging from his speech, Joe Biden's reelection campaign is solely focused on one issue, framing his opponent as a 'threat to democracy' and highlighting the January 6 attack on the Capitol.
