Her main research interests are in the philosophy of psychology, cognitive science, and the history of emotions. In this conversation, she discusses the concept of enchantment in the context of our evolving modernity and postmodernity, and now the age of Generative AI where we are moving away from software systems that we can explain to systems that we build but whose functioning are no longer able to fully understand let alone explain.
