Iran state media shares footage of second explosion in Kerman

Iran state media has published a video of the second detonation in the Kerman twin bombings, during a ceremony honoring the assassinated Maj. Gen. Qasem Soleimani. The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack, which took lives of 91.
