Jack Riner, 77, circled Indianapolis Executive Airport (formerly Terry Airport) at an altitude of 10,000 feet, for more than two hours, preparing for a noon emergency landing at the facility, near the Boone and Hamilton County border.The semi-retired surgeon minimized the possibility of an explosion upon landing, by first using up his fuel.
