BASKET CASE • A strange, yet entertaining, creature feature from the '80s

Basket Case is a sci-fi horror film from 1982 and tells the story of conjoined twins who were unwillingly separated through surgery. The man now carries around a large and mysterious basket: little do others know, inside the basket contains the severely deformed twin of the man, who is now Hell bent on revenge against the doctor that separated the brothers.
