Cherish the Lullabies

Cherish the Lullabies" is written about falling in love with a single mother. She's a package deal! If a man can't find a place in his heart for her children, then he won't love her effectively. When my wife and I were dating, I overheard her singing lullabies to her kiddos while she was putting them to bed. I cherish the memory as it was the moment I fell in love with the entire package.

Cherish the Lullabies (Song Review)

Overall Impression:
Both very well written and brilliantly performed, Kenyon Grey's hope infused "Cherish the Lullabies" is an exemplary piece of Americana inspired songwriting that manages to balance its classic rock and country style elements exceptionally well, providing a lively yet thought-provoking tune that you can easily sing along with, tap your foot to, and have a genuinely pleasant time with.

Strongest Point(s):
The high degree of musicianship on display is inspiring, Kenyon and his fellow musicians clearly have a great deal of chemistry between one another and that can certainly be felt throughout the music. With Kenyon's amiable vocal presence coursing through the track, listeners will undoubtedly find themselves strongly connecting with the strong thematic threads that underpin the lyrics, not only does Kenyon subtly touch upon some particularly sensitive and heart-rending subjects, but he does so in a deeply respectful and well-articulated manner that feels both sincere and gentle with regard to approach. The tracks rousing sense of rhythm certainly serves the song well, especially when paired with the lyrics, not only because the liveliness of the song acts as the perfect way to instill a feeling of hope and positivity throughout the music, but that strong feeling of forward momentum ensures each and every melodic hook and well implemented phrase is given the adequate sense of energy needed in order to successfully keep audiences fully invested in the tracks many inspired ideas.

Audience Appeal:
I can certainly see this strongly appealing to the country & Americana lovers.
